Time for Change

Well... its time for a change! I have been working at the same place about 3 years now... and its time for a change. I was so lucky to be able to work at home the first few months after Parker was born... but then had to go into the office (kinda my choice) It was nice to be back into the "work" world, but as the days go on I miss him more and more. I have given my two weeks notice my last day in the office will be Thursday, then the following Monday I will start my new adventure of daycare. Its something I have always wanted to do, I am following a dream I have had. I hope it all goes well!

Other then that... life has been pretty darn good. Parker is growing up so fast and often asks about his friend Owen... in the bath, in the car, screaming out the door. He love to play outside, and its great cuz Owen loves the outdoors as well.
As far as the wedding, things are going great, we have so much done, but so much to do yet!!

So there are some recent pics... We have had so much fun together... the last few months have been crazy busy, but I LOVE it. I hope everyone is doing well :)

Just a little update

Well, this post will have no pics, but figured its almost been a month better at least get an updat in. On March 23rd, Parker was at the sitters and just before I left we heard a screaming so went inside and theres my little boy with blood all over him... after cleaning it up we noticed two cuts. One was more just a little hole, the other was a pretty large cut. After a few min. of thinking I decided to take him to the doc. Well Lake Mills did not have anyone who would do stitches so they sent me to Fort Hospital... after 3.5 hours there and 3 stitches we were able to leave. He was such a trooper. That Wed. the 25th my dad, Derek, Parker and I jumped in the truck and headed to Idaho to see the rest of the family. We did so much and it was just nice to get out of town for a week. Other then that not much has changed. I will get some new pics up soon. Hope everyone is doing well!!

Look Whos 1 !!

Well yesterday was Parkers FIRST birthday! Where did the year go? Derek and I were lucky to get the day off to spend with our little boy! He had 2 doc. apts in the morning. Weighing in at 20lbs and 4oz. and 29inches tall... so his height was in the 25%, weights 10% and guess what... His head was in the 95%!! I wonder when he will grow into his head. So anyways, after his apts we went into Madison, stopped and got some stuff daddy needed, then went to Ellis Deli for lunch, he LOVED it. After that ran to Sears to get his one year pics done! He needed a nap so bad, screamed his head off, so we packed up took daddy home (he was VERY sick) and went back at 7:00pm for a second try, and it worked!!

Its amazing how much I love that little boy, I still cant believe a year ago we were in the hospital with him... he is the most amazing child I have meet!

This past weekend we had Mallory and Christian overnight. Hannah and I took them to Monkey Joes on Saturday, then when we got home we played some Wii, and hung out. It was so nice to be able to spend quality time with the kids!!

So this past weekend...

Friday, we went to BINGO... Derek and I did not win, but our friend Danny did! Saturday we went to WEMSA ( Wisconsin EMS Association) We went last year and I was VERY preggers so it was nice to be able to go this year and enjoy it. After we got home Ethan and Barrett came over to spend the night. They were such good good boys!! I got some pics of them playing and all spending time together! Then on Sunday I did NOTHING, when I say NOTHING, I mean it... sat in the chair most of the day. It was so nice!! Hope everyone else had a great weekend!!

Where has the time gone?

I was at home the other day thinking...
almost a year ago, I was holding my baby boy, pretty much helpless. He would cry when he needed food, or a diaper change. Now not even 12 months later... He says mama, dada, bye bye, gives me high fives, sits, stands, crawls, takes a few steps when he wants, he waves good bye, gives hugs, shows me how big he is. Its amazing how much they grow in less then a year. I was babysitting the Selcks last night and was snuggling with Ethan, I had a flash back of when he was only a few weeks old, helpless in my arms, crying for food or a diaper change, now look at him! It amazes me how in so little time so much can happen! I feel so blessed to be able to watch my little guy grow up. I love the kid he is turning into and would not change it for the world.

Where has 2008 gone??

A look to the past!

January 2008? I was preggers, cold, and deffiently getting that baby itch.

February 2008, still preggers, still cold but now on bed rest for two weeks at the end of the month

March 2008 PARKER was born March 9th 2008 at 4:57pm. My little bunlde of joy! Many many trips to the hopsital for jaundice.

April 2008 still more trips to Fort Atkinson Hospital for jaundice and time at home with my little guy

May 2008 Virginia and Anthoy got married, many storms and my baby is now 2 months old. Derek has hernia surgery

June 2008 Grandpa Roedl visits from Idaho to see Parker for the first time, so does aunt Cathie, Maddie, Dylan and Parkers aunt Rachel from Texas

July 2008 warm... very warm Parker is now 5 months old

August 2008 Parker and mommy take a trip to Cali for the first anaul Roedl Family Reunion. Grandma Roedl and uncle Brian and Brett come to visit for the first time from Idaho

September 2008 Mike and Tera get married

October 2008 Parker has his first Halloween and dresses up once as a monkey then as a lion

November 2008 Parker got babptised, Grandpa Roedl moves in with us due to a job he took in Watertown

December 2008 Parker has taken a few steps now 9 months old, CRAZY
